Directions: Always apply liquid eyeliner looking straight in to a mirror, apply from the outer corner of the eye up to the point you would like the cat eye to stop. This will guide you to the perfect angle for your face. Alternately, you can mark a dot at that endpoint. Then start from the inner corner of the eye and work your way to that end dot or point. You can do small strokes or one long application.
Keep looking down for a few moments so the liner can dry. Don't worry if you make a mistake or if it's not straight. You can use a small Q-tip with makeup remover or moisturizer to clean any mistakes.
